What is the quality of the printed design?
Abstract Flower Art phone cases are high quality with vibrant hi-res imagery, delivering a gorgeous, 3D decorated iPhone case that shines with style, creativity and personality. The artwork isn’t simply printed on the case - the artwork is part of the case. By using the latest techniques in printing innovation, leaving no outer surface untouched, from corner to corner and edge to edge, the iphone case becomes a piece of art in its own right.
What is the snap case?
Snap cases are made of impact resistant polycarbonate material, a slim lightweight case designed to look fantastic, and be protective whilst making minimal impact on the overall case size. Snap cases come in two finishes- gloss or matte.
What is the tough case?
Tough cases are a dual layer case topping durability and protection. Made with an Impact resistant polycarbonate outer shell plus an inner TPU liner for extra impact resistance. Tough cases come in two finishes- gloss or matte.
How protective are the cases?
Abstract Flower Art cases are not only bright, colourful and creative, they are also extremely durable and protective. Both the snap and tough cases fit securely onto your phone, covering the back, sides, and feature a small raised lip on the front. They offer maximum protection whilst being unique and fashionable. For added protection to your phone we recommend using a screen protector.
Your leggings are custom printed and manufactured for you once you place your order. Each pair of leggings is hand cut and precision sewn in-house after printing.
The designs are vibrant, unique and from original Abstract Flower Art paintings.
How do I best care for my leggings?
Your leggings are custom printed, so to prolong their life we suggest following the care instructions below:
• Can be washed at any temperature setting without affecting quality (however it is recommended to wash with like colours, as the polyester fabric may make colours run).
• Avoid high temperatures during washing and drying, this may shrink the fabric.
• Do not dry clean.
• Contact with rough surfaces and velcro fasteners should be avoided since they can pull the fibers in the fabric, damaging the leggings’ appearance.
What is the material?
82% polyester/18% spandex. The material has a four-way stretch, so fabric stretches and recovers. Super comfy, super stretchy.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your hips and waist to determine the correct size. Use the size charts on each description. Our leggings are super stretchy, so don't worry if you don't exactly match the size chart. If you're in between sizes, it is best to go up a size (if you can). If your hip and waist measurements are different, use your hip measurement for the best guide.
TIPS:
To measure hip: stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hip, try to keep the tape parallel.
To measure your waist, put the tape at the narrowest part of the waist, keep the tape as horizontal as you can.
About my Order
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us, which will track the status of your order.
We will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date once your order has been shipped. Depending on the delivery method, you may also receive a link to track the order.
If you have created an account on our website you can also track the status from the order history section on your account page.
Please note that all of the products available on this site are individually printed, manufactured and processed once you have placed your order. Please choose your product with your favourite artwork carefully as generally we are not able to change orders once printing has started. Once your order is being printed we cannot accept any edits to your order.
However, if we receive an email from you prior to printing we can make changes to your order, please send an email to support@abstractflowerart.com with your order number and subject line “please change order number …” and as long as we receive your email prior to printing, we can change it.
We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
Please note, currently there are some delays due to Covid - 19. Please refer to our Covid-19 update page for the latest estimates on production and delivery times.
Usually, the time it will take to receive your order will depend on the product you purchase and the shipping method you choose at check out. Production times will vary depending on the products you purchase. Once you've placed your order, your product will be printed, manufactured and processed for delivery.
Along with shipping method chosen, please allow the following production times:
1 business day: Spiral Notebooks.
1 to 2 business days: Laptop Sleeves, Hardcover Journals.
3 business days: Tumblers.
4 business days: iPhone Cases, Mouse Pads, Yoga Mats, Stainless Steel Water Bottles.
2–7 business days: Leggings.
Shipping times, available methods and rates will vary for different countries and different products. You can choose which shipping method (and rate) you would like before confirming your order at checkout. Payment Methods
You can use a debit or credit card to make your purchase on our website.
PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are also available payment methods.
Payment methods will be available at checkout.
We are based in Australia and can only charge customers in AU dollars. Your credit card company, bank or PayPal will apply the corresponding conversation rate and handle the transaction for you.
Due to the currency exchange rate you may see a different amount. Your bank can supply you with the exact transaction details.

We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and World Wide.
Shipping times, available methods and rates will vary for different countries and different products. Phone Cases
Standard shipping: US, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia & New Zealand.
US - 5 to12 business days (typically around 5-7 business days)
Canada, United Kingdom, Australia & New Zealand - shipments may take up to 21 business days in transit (due to customs delays) but are usually delivered within 1-3 weeks from the ship date through DHL.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose. You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
Depending on the products you choose in your order, they may need to be packaged and shipped separately. If this is the case, you will receive individual tracking numbers and individual confirmation emails.
If your order is lost in transit, simply submit a claim, no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date and we'll cover the costs of a replacement order for you.
Before we replace your order, we will ask you to confirm that the shipping address was correct and ask you to get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Please note, we may require further investigation if the tracking information states an order has been delivered, and you haven't received it. There may be incidences where the delivery was made, but left in an unexpected location (at your address). In this case, we will ask you to reach out to the carrier for further enquiries.
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to support@abstractflowerart.com and we'll gladly send you a replacement at no cost to you.
We don’t charge additional fees or taxes. Additional taxes or fees may be due in your country.
Our delivery partner will handle the clearance and will invoice you in local currency for any duties and taxes that may arise linked to your order.

Returns
It’s important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we do offer a 30 day money back guarantee.
All of the products available on this site are individually printed, manufactured and processed upon an order being placed. If you change your mind, or have received the item and it's been worn, washed or altered in any way, we can not offer an exchange or return.
If an error has occurred on our side, or if the product is wrong/defective/damaged we will refund or exchange the item. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Returns are accepted in respect to the following conditions:
• The item must have been purchased on our online store
• You are not 100% satisfied with the quality of the item.
• The item is wrong/misprinted/damaged/defective
• The item shouldn't have been used in any way

Any claims must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received, or within 30 days for money back guarantee.
In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support department.
Please note that unless the product was defective from our error, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our end.
Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
